The Dream Association & SoCal Dream Drum & Bugle Corps are proud to announce our newest member to the SoCal Dream family--. The Genesis Ensemble Winter Guard, Led by the creative talents of Alex Vasquez and Robert Ramirez will be heading into its second season as an Independent A guard.  Their goals are to offer quality instruction, provide a fun learning environment and to encourage individuality and diversity while maintaining a professional competitive mentality.

Alex comes to SoCal Dream with over 10 years of guard performance/instruction experience and has worked with many excellent color guard programs in the Southern California region. Robert was the guard caption head for the DCI open class-finalist Velvet Knights Drum & Bugle Corps in 2009, as well as a clinician for various high school and independent groups. Both are currently working with the La Puente High School marching program.

Aligning with Genesis was the logical solution to foster growth and longevity for So Cal Dream and provides a great opportunity for guard enthusiasts from across the Southern California area to perform with an All-Age Drum and Bugle Corps.
